Return&Refund policy

Return Time:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Email to info@wayzle.com or Reach us on contact us page for a return request within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. After communciated, we will send you the shipping label for return.
  3. You just pack the product and label the box
  4. Call the Shipping company to pick up or put the box on your local shipping company office for shipment
  5. After the return package delivered to our warehouse, we will inspect the package and process the refund.
  6. After the refund proessed, Payment will be return back to your original payment account in 3-7 working days

Return shipping cost

A. I don't like it/ I have changed my mind/Wrong color/Wrong style/ wrong size ordered

  • Customer will pay the shipping cost
  • Return Shipping label cost will be deduct from the refund. We will inform you shipping cost before return process start.

B.Damaged, defective product or wrong one sent

  •  Wayzle will pay the shipping cost .Please follow these steps to get it returned
  1. Please take the picture/video for proof(If it is a damaged product, please send the proof to shipping company as well)
  2.  Mail the proof to info@wayzle.com for exchange or return or refund
    We will help you get it resolved.  

       

      Exceptions / non-returnable items

      Returns are not acceptable by these conditions:

      • Package delivered after 30 days
      • Package missing original package
      • Package  damaged by improper use

      Exchanges

      Customer could make the exchanges for the orders, but the shipping cost need to be paid by you

      Return address:

      As for the products ships from different warehouse, please email to us for the address. After the return approved, we will email you the return address or send the shipping label with return address.

      Cancel the order

      • Order cancelled before shipment: Please email to info@wayzle.com or reach us on contact us page to cancel the order. After get the request, Order will be cancelled and refund will be back to your original payment method.
      • Order cancelled during shipment:  Once the order have been shipped, you will need to return the products after delivery, After returns delivered to us. Then you will get a refund.
      • Order Cancelled after delivery: Please email to info@wayzle.com or reach us on contact us page to return the order to get refunds.

      Refunds

      • Order Cancelling: Refund will be sent  by us as soon as order cancellation made. But it will take 3-7 working days for banks/credit card company to process to show on your original payment account.
      • Refunds on returns: After the returned products delivered to our warehouse, we will inspect the returns and process the refund. Once your refund will be processed, it will be refund back to your original method of payment within 3-7 working days.
      • Shipping cost is not refundable.
